  • Once you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, refunds will not be granted, as this constitutes full participation in the program.

  • Refunds are not available once course materials, videos, or downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded.

  • For one-time purchases or lifetime access programs, refunds will not be issued after login credentials or course access have been delivered.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital Courses & Materials: Any Spoken English course, workbook, or resource once accessed or downloaded.

  • Discounted or Promotional Offers: Courses purchased under special pricing, bundles, or limited-time deals, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Service Fees: Payment gateway or transaction fees charged by third-party platforms.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@advistaai.com with your order details (including order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request).

  2. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Course Exchange or Credit Option

If you’re not satisfied with your course but don’t qualify for a refund, we may offer:

  • An exchange for another course of equal or lesser value, or

  • A store credit for future purchases.

Requests for exchanges or credits must be made within 7 days of purchase.
